Ember will gather some information from you and answer any basic
questions you may have about our program. She will invite
you to attend one of our surgeons' free
seminars on bariatric surgery, and she can arrange
a private consultation with one of our surgeons as well.

Before being seen in our clinic, we will need you to create
your profile in our electronic medical records at RemedyMD.
Select "Create an Account" and follow the instructions.
This confidential program automatically creates a medical record
for you with our office.
